Executive - Performance Marketing
We’re looking for an Executive, Performance Marketing with prior experience at a digital marketing agency, in driving online marketing revenue for brands. The role will include strategizing, implementing and executing digital marketing strategies to create an optimal mix of online marketing revenue-driving investments. The responsibilities will range from planning, implementing, analysing and optimizing all online performance marketing activities around Paid Search, Organic Search, Email, Marketplace and Affiliate Marketing.
Responsibilities
• Work with the Brand Solutions and Performance Marketing managers to create digital marketing strategies.
• Track and evaluate KPIs of all marketing channels (email, SEM, SEO, display, retargeting, shopping engines, affiliates, referring partners, social, marketplace etc.)
• Manage the day-to-day search marketing activities across multiple search engines including researching, growing and optimizing keyword portfolios and bid management strategies and refining campaigns through ad copy tests, landing pages, negative keywords, etc.
• Work with affiliate networks to recruit new affiliates and increase engagement with existing affiliates.
• Plan email-marketing calendar and executions in cooperation with Brand Solutions. Manage the execution and measure results of these campaigns. Build an email-target database and define opportunities to grow the size of the database.
Qualifications
• 2 years’ experience in performance-based marketing at a digital marketing agency.
• Detailed understanding/knowledge of Organic Search (required), Paid Search (required) and promotions, loyalty programs etc.
• Experience in mobile and social marketing including apps is preferred. (Google, Meta)
• Demonstrate great commercial industry acumen.
• Excellent working knowledge of web analytics tools and the ability to consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Strong communication skills: written oral and ability to quickly build strong relationships
