Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and managing end-to-end digital campaigns across various platforms.
• Analyzing performance data, turning numbers into narratives, and continuously testing and iterating.
• Collaborating with content, design, and product teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Staying updated on platform changes, trends, and new tools.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Hands-on experience with performance marketing, including strategy and execution.
• Proven results, showcasing scaled or optimized campaigns.
• A strong understanding of digital KPIs, including ROAS, CTR, CAC, and more.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
• Fluency in English.
