Act as the point of contact/representative for Director
· Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
· Manage Director’s calendars and set up meetings
· Take minutes during meetings
· Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
· Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site
· Make travel and accommodation arrangements for Director
· Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
· Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
