Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive event sales and revenue.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow event sales.
Plan, organize, and execute events according to clients' needs and preferences.
Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless and successful event execution.
Conduct site visits and provide detailed proposals and quotes to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals for the hotel.
Utilize effective sales techniques and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings to stay competitive in the market.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Handle any client inquiries, concerns, or issues in a prompt and professional manner.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, bookings, and sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and market events and special packages.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the hotel's reach and generate new leads.
Train and mentor junior team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations, to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
