Role Overview:



The Event Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing brand experiences, IPs, on-ground activations, and partnerships that enhance The Cocktail Story’s visibility and impact. This role calls for a creative thinker with strong execution skills and a deep understanding of audience engagement, brand communication, and event-led marketing strategies.



Key Responsibilities:



Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of on-ground events, brand IPs, and experiential campaigns aligned with the brand’s tone and objectives.
Drive brand visibility through strategic partnerships, collaborations, and community engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, digital) and external vendors (production, venue, logistics) to ensure seamless event delivery.
Own the end-to-end event calendar and ensure timely execution of all deliverables.
Work closely with clients, sponsors, and brand partners to co-create impactful activations.
Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness using KPIs and post-event reports; optimize future campaigns based on data insights.
Ensure budgets are well-planned and adhered to while maximizing ROI.
Build and nurture a network of influencers, collaborators, artists, and experiential marketing vendors.
Stay on top of emerging event trends, technologies, and formats to keep the brand’s offerings fresh and relevant.


Key Skills Required:



Strong project management and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication
Deep understanding of experiential marketing and audience engagement
Creativity with an eye for detail in design, branding, and execution
Budgeting and vendor negotiation skills
Proven experience in managing large-scale events, activations, and branded properties


Qualifications:



Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or related fields
4–6 years of relevant experience in brand events, agency roles, or experiential marketing
