Sous Chef | UK Visa

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Curry Chef to join our team in the UK.

We will be looking to provide a sponsorship visa for the right candidate to the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian curries and Rajasthani specialities such as Laal Maas.

Ensure food preparation and presentation meets high-quality standards.

Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.

Contribute to menu development and planning.

Maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organised kitchen.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Curry Chef, particularly with Indian and Rajasthani cuisines.

Demonstrated ability to meet high standards for quality and speed in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Proficient English language skills; candidates must achieve a minimum of IELTS Band 5.

Must be flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment.
