Event Management Part Time Internship

About the internship:
Are you passionate about creating fun and engaging experiences for children? Do you have a knack for bringing smiles to little faces? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as an Activity Presenter at Bluesparrow Events for Hamleys Stores in various cities across India.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Curate engaging scientific and artistic experiences for children

2. Welcome and greet children, answer questions, and provide support throughout activities

3. Assist with instructions, including demonstrating techniques and offering feedback to participants

4. Help manage materials and supplies, and coordinate with the operations manager for ordering, organizing, and restocking

5. Attend team meetings and training sessions as required

6. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children during activities, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace

7. Assist in setting up and cleaning up workshop materials and activity areas

8. Communicate effectively with parents and staff members to ensure smooth and successful workshop experiences

Stipend:
INR ₹ 2,000 - 2,500 /week
