Event Management Coordinator

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Event Management Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the pitch pipeline of 70 EMG projects, ensuring that all briefs are addressed on time and meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the pitch pipeline, including scheduling, budgeting, and designing project deliverables.
• Coordinate team participation across departments and help consolidate event concepts during brainstorming sessions.
• Flag critical issues within internal teams and with clients, ensuring timely resolution.
• Ensure smooth transitions of briefs to the Client Servicing team for project progression.
• Work closely with the marketing team to update company credentials from a business development perspective.
Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field; MBA preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in the event/media industry, preferably in project management or a similar role. Read more
