Job Title: ERP Implementation Executive
Job Description:
Dsoft Infotech is hiring smart & enthusiastic candidates to manage multiple phases of ERP software implementation at clients site. The incumbent should have pleasing personality and excellent interpersonal skills to coordinates with external and internal stakeholders for smooth implementation of ERP system and data migration along with business to business approach. He/She should be able to maintain professional followups till the software implementation over. Preferred candidates having exposure in Jewellery and/or retail trade domain OR good knowledge of account & audit process can be considered.
Technical Skills: Understanding of business application software or any accounting software functionality.
Eligibility Criteria: M.Com, MBA (Finance), Inter C.A OR Any commerce graduate with good Knowledge of accounting and audit.
Job Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 1 to 5 years
CTC Package: As Per Industry Standard
ERP Implementation Executive Profile:
To provide onsite support to the clients for implementation of Jewellery business management system
To provide training, technical support as and when required for any new or existing clients.
Internal verification of all new version which will be released on a periodical basis
Being involved in multiple phases of the software implementation, must have a birds eye perspective to be updated with new compliance, new development in jewellery domain, market situation etc.
Empathy is also essential as you should be able to connect with your customer over both their successes and frustrations to develop a long-term bond.
ERP Implementation Associate also have a right perspective of future product upgrades and changes to advocate their customers by connecting their needs to the business strategy.
An ERP Implementation Associate is responsible for healthy customer relationships. Must offer product solutions to pain points, and find opportunities to expand the business.
Able to check in with the clients to make sure they are consistently using the products.
To generate interest for new or developing products by keeping clients updated on their progress as and when new product becomes available, responsible to facilitate demos and training for the same.
