Job Description
Hiring by RC Power Project LimitedPosition: Electrical Engineer – Supervisor
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Required Experience
Candidates must have hands-on experience in execution and supervision of Government Electrical Distribution Projects under one or more of the following schemes:
• Saubhagya Scheme
• IPDS (Integrated Power Development Scheme)
• RDSS (Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme)
• Deendayal Upadhyaya Gram Jyoti Yojana (DDUGJY)
Technical Experience
Experience in execution and supervision of:
• 11 KV Overhead & Underground Distribution Lines
• 33 KV Lines
• 33/11 KV Grid Substations (GSS)
• DG Set Installation Projects
• Electrical Panel Projects
• Experience in 132 KV Transmission Lines and 132 KV Substations will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily site execution activities.
• Monitor pole erection, conductor stringing, and electrical installation works.
• Ensure quality of work as per project specifications and standards.
• Supervise labour teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, and field teams.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and project timelines.
• Monitor material utilization and report site requirements.
Job Location
PAN India (Candidate should be willing to travel and relocate as per project requirements.)
