Qualifications
Ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of patent application prosecution experience in Intellectual Property law
Strong academic credentials with experience/knowledge in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics, as well as any related engineering field is needed
Minimum of 1 years of patent application prosecution experience in IP law
Licensed to practice law in Illinois
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required
Candidates should have obtained a 3.0 PGA at all levels of education
