• Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals.

• Monitoring and reporting on workforce and succession planning.
• Participating in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance pertaining to HR.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'DVP / VP - HR Business Partner' should have:
• 6 -10 years of overall experience in Human Resources
• Open to Mumbai as a location, WFO
• Candidate should come with experience dealing with the retail segment in any industry
