Job Title: Director of Human Resources

Job Overview:

The Director of Human Resources will be fully responsible for the company's human resources strategy and daily operations, covering key functions such as recruitment and placement, organizational development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employment compliance. This position is part of the company's leadership team and will drive the realization of business strategy at the human capital level and create a positive, efficient, and compliant work culture.

Core Responsibilities:

Strategy and Organizational Development:

Develop and implement overall HR strategy to support the company's business goals and culture building

Design organizational structure optimization, talent echelon construction and succession planning

Support the company's employment strategy in multiple countries and regions, including remote and hybrid office model management

Recruitment and Talent Management:

Lead and optimize the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent (especially technology, products, operations and compliance) Positions)

Establish global recruitment channels and employer brands to strengthen the company's influence in industries such as Web3/fintech

Manage talent assessment, onboarding training and career development path design

Performance and incentive mechanisms:

Design and implement a comprehensive performance management system (OKR/KPI) to promote employee goal alignment and implementation

Collaborate with finance and management to design competitive salary structures, bonuses, equity incentives and cryptocurrency payment plans

Manage annual performance evaluation processes and promotion mechanisms

Employee relations and cultural construction:

Build a positive organizational culture to strengthen employee engagement, sense of belonging and a diverse and inclusive atmosphere

Handle employee conflicts, complaints, disciplinary actions and dismissals to ensure legal and humane handling

Manage internal communication mechanisms, employee satisfaction surveys and feedback mechanisms

Employment compliance and policy formulation :

Supervise the company's employment practices to comply with labor laws and regulations in the United States and other operating regions (such as California Labor Law, EEO, FMLA, GDPR, etc.)

Collaborate with legal affairs to establish global HR policies, employee handbooks and contract templates

Manage outsourcing service providers, personnel agencies (PEO/EOR) and international employment structures

HR data and system management:

Optimize HRIS system and improve data-driven talent analysis capabilities

Provide high-quality human resources reports and analysis to support management decision-making

Qualifications:

Education and experience:

Bachelor degree or above, majoring in human resources management, psychology, business administration, etc.; MBA or HR certification (such as SHRM-SCP, PHR, CIPD) is preferred

At least 8 years of human resources management experience, including more than 3 years of team leadership or HRBP Management experience

HR operation experience in fast-growing technology companies or multinational companies is preferred

Key skills:

Familiar with California labor laws and labor regulations in major global markets (such as Singapore, UAE, Europe)

Excellent talent management, cross-cultural communication and change management capabilities

Able to design and promote the balance between HR process standardization and local compliance in remote or diverse work environments

Excellent negotiation, execution, and organizational coordination

Preferred conditions (plus points):

Served as an HR executive in cryptocurrency, fintech, blockchain or start-ups

Experience in designing equity incentives, token payments, and remote global recruitment

Familiar with ADP, Workday, BambooHR, Rippling and other systems is preferred

Compensation and incentives:

Annual salary range: $160,000 - $240,000 (depending on region and experience)

Year-end performance bonus + equity incentives (ESOP/Token option)
