Develop and implement human resources strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Oversee all aspects of the company's human resources function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
Collaborate with leadership to identify and address HR needs and challenges, and provide recommendations for solutions.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that comply with applicable laws and regulations and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Manage and maintain employee data and records, and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and career development.
Conduct regular reviews and analysis of HR metrics and data, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and legal, to ensure compliance and alignment of HR policies and procedures.
Represent the company in external HR-related events and initiatives to promote the company's employer brand.
Handle any other HR-related duties and responsibilities as needed.
