Desktop Support Executive

Proven experience and success with LAN, WAN, and WLAN design and implementation.Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment.Must have problem solving skills & good analytical skills.Extensive application support experience with network monitoring and analysis softwareExcellent hardware troubleshooting experience and Outages and scheduling upgrades.Working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and Internet standards.Expert knowledge of core routing and switching design principles, best practices, and related technologies.Proven experience with network capacity planning, network security principles, and general network management best practices.Knowledge of centralized Antivirus solution and updates managementAble to work in flexible hours of working.Job Location - Kharadi , PuneWork From Office Only.
