We are seeking a dynamic and strategic People Experience HR Business Partner (HRBP) to enhance our employee experience while aligning HR initiatives with business goals. This role will serve as a trusted advisor, working closely with leadership and employees to drive engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that enhances the overall employee experience.
Develop and implement engagement initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Act as a key advocate for employees, ensuring their voices are heard and valued.
Monitor employee feedback channels and propose actionable improvements.
HR Business Partnering
Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and align HR solutions accordingly.
Provide HR expertise in areas such as performance management, and succession planning.
Support managers in addressing people-related challenges, offering coaching and guidance.
Drive data-driven decision-making through HR metrics and analytics.
Talent Development Performance Management
Partner with managers to identify talent development needs and implement learning programs.
Support performance review processes and help create a culture of continuous feedback.
Identify and implement strategies for career growth and internal mobility.
Employee Relations Compliance:
Provide support in handling employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
Change Management Organizational Development
Lead and support change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during organizational shifts.
Facilitate leadership training and team development programs.
Promote innovation and continuous improvement within HR practices.
Qualifications Skills
7-8 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partnering or employee experience role.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
