Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Assistant Manager, located in Noida. The Customer Service Sales Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The primary tasks include supervising customer support representatives, resolving customer inquiries, developing customer service strategies, and contributing to sales goals by addressing customer needs effectively.
