Looking for a customer support executive having an excellent Communication and Management Skills and who are dedicated to learn new things in Operations department and Supporting the Company for better Client Satisfaction.
Role Responsibility:
Customer Interaction:
Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers in navigating our services, answering questions, and providing information.
Issue Resolution:
Address and resolve customer concerns and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure swift problem resolution.
Service Expertise:
Develop a solid understanding of our services to effectively assist customers. Stay informed about service updates, features, and best practices.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide feedback to improve customer support processes.
Skills Requirement:
* Excellent Communication Skill
* Ability to empathize with customers and remain calm under pressure.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus.
* adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving service environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
