ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your day-to-day task will include
Following up with Leads.Ensuring Service delivery on time.Observe and Facilitate the entire sales cycle.Explaining about the service and its USP to the respective clients.Grievance / Complaints Handling.Providing best experience to the customer.Any other relevant duty assigned by the respective manager.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
A Bachelors/Masters Degree with at least 60 % marks (students who are currently pursuing their Degree can also apply).Students Currently Pursuing their degree : Will only be eligible for Internship for the given time duration.Students in the final semester or who have completed their degree : Will be eligible for a Full-Time Offer only after successful completion of the internship.Strong command over English and Hindi and a regional language both verbal and written.Excellent coordination skills to effectively communicate between the relevant stakeholders like vendors/clients, partners and the management team.Sound Knowledge of Tourist Destinations Domestic/International will be an added advantage.An organised and a focused individual who can solve potential problems proactively.Personal Travel Experience will be an advantage.
