Creative Strategist - Meta Ads - Fresher
Job Description
1. Study and analyze winning ad creatives across Meta Ads Library, competitor accounts, and swipe file tools to identify patterns in hooks, formats, and messaging angles
2. Write creative briefs for each ad concept- clearly defining the hook, narrative structure, CTA, target audience insight, and the hypothesis being tested
3. Coordinate with content creators/editors to get creatives produced quickly and to brief- no ambiguity, no back-and-forth delays
4. Set up creative tests inside Meta Ads Manager- organizing ad sets, naming conventions, and ensuring the test is structured to isolate one variable at a time
5. Track key creative metrics (Hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPC, CVR) and maintain a running performance log
6. Document what worked, what didn't, and why- building an internal creative learning system
7. Consistently generate new creative angles and concepts based on data learnings, brand positioning, and market trends
8. Maintain and update a creative bank/swipe file organized by niche, format, and objective

• 1. Has a basic to working understanding of Meta Ads- knows what a hook is, what an ad set does, and why creative is the lever
• 2. Thinks before they act- can take a product/offer and break it down into clear, testable angles without being hand-held
• 3. Moves fast- doesn't overthink execution; can go from idea to brief to live test in days, not weeks
• 4. Strong written communication- can write punchy hooks, crisp body copy, and clear briefs
• 5. Has a good eye for content and understands what's working on Reels, what UGC looks like vs. polished ads, what makes someone stop scrolling
• 6. Prior experience in digital marketing, content, or paid ads (internship, freelance, or personal projects) is preferred
• 7. Comfortable working with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Google Sheets, and any basic project management tool
• 8. Coachable and data-driven
• 9. Willing to drop personal opinions when the numbers say otherwise
