Introduction
KPMG is looking to recruit passionate, enthusiastic, customer & team focused Business Analyst (BA) for its growing MarTech practice. Our MarTech practice delivers solution on leading platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, Google and more.
Primary Responsibility
Business Analyst for Adobe programs
Understand the current technical landscape and provide insights to the various marketing and business teams as per requirements
Requirement gathering and converting the same to technical specifications.
Document and present the developed specification to business as well as tech teams.
Be a liaison between the business and tech teams.
Validate the output against the original requirements.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Project Responsibilities:
Consult with business personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output business requirements.
Analyze the feasibility and develop requirements for new applications and enhancements to existing systems
Liaise with technical developers, testing team and various business teams in the requirements, analysis, configuration, testing and maintenance of applications.
Track and document changes and requirements for business, functional and non-functional specifications
Write detailed specifications, use cases, activity diagram for use in development, training, and testing.
Take ownership of the product to drive and manage requirements discussions independently with various stakeholders
Continuously upgrade on the knowledge levels required specifically in the line of business
Must have experience with the following technologies -JIRA, basic understanding of REST API's and Postman, web technologies, digital marketing.
Building Self
This role will also provide the candidates a strong platform to build their own personal brand in this space. We encourage active participation in relevant social media, engage in thought leadership activities such as blogs, present sessions at industry or Adobe events, participate and lead Adobe communities online and in their locations.
Desired Experience
Minimum 5-6 years of experience in BA role, delivering complex, high volume, enterprise-wide solution on Adobe Marketing Cloud (AEM, Magento, etc.).
Deep knowledge and expertise across the solution set of Adobe like AEM, Assets, Forms, Magento, Analytics, CDP, Campaign etc.
Strong understanding of the Agile Methodologies, both Scrum and Kanban, experience in using Jira, confluence, MS Teams etc.
Having done client management, timelines, stakeholder management, risks, and escalation management
Understanding for digital marketing, analytics, campaign, integrations etc.
Knowledge of the implementation cycle for CMS & e-commerce.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to initiate meetings, take ownership and drive the feature document to closure
