Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Respond, follow up and send proposals to all the inbound leads coming in through our marketing effortsCreate, Develop and Sustain business relationships with clients using various communication tools like 1-2-1 Meetings, Video conferencing, Phone calls, emails, CRM software, etc.Be the single point of contact for new clients onboarded and deliver agreed upon services within agreed upon timeframesLiaise directly with clients and provide excellent customer service keeping in mind our standards of communication, response time and transparencyEnsure high client retention rate through prompt and transparent communication and consistently delivering within timelinesCoordinate with the internal execution team to ensure clear understanding of the client expectations and ensure their team meets those expectationsMonitor progress of ongoing projects by coordinating with all the individuals and teams working on the project using project management systems and emailsForecast, measure and report Revenues for assigned accounts on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
