RESPONSIBILITIES:

Make outgoing calls to potential clients from provided leads.
Share details of available property projects clearly and professionally.
Follow up with interested clients and coordinate site visits.
Maintain client details and update records regularly.
Assist in simple marketing activities such as sending WhatsApp updates, emails, and promotional messages.
Support the sales team by ensuring timely communication with clients.
Requirements:

Good communication skills in Tamil
Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
Ability to handle follow-ups and maintain a positive attitude.
