Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer Video Editor who can create eye-catching visuals, engaging motion graphics, and compelling video edits for our social media platforms and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, and capable of independently delivering professional-quality work while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design
Design high-quality posters, banners, thumbnails, and social media creatives in line with brand guidelines.
Develop visually appealing layouts and typography that resonate with the target audience.
Create promotional graphics for events, product launches, and campaigns.
Video Editing Motion Graphics
Edit videos for social media platforms, ensuring smooth transitions, clear storytelling, and brand consistency.
Design and animate engaging motion graphics using After Effects.
Add text animations, color grading, and sound effects to enhance video quality.
Brand Consistency Creative Execution
Translate creative concepts into high-quality deliverables.
Maintain consistency in tone, colors, and visual identity across all content.
Collaboration Time Management
Work closely with the creative team to understand briefs and objectives.
Deliver all projects within set deadlines.
Work Schedule Structure:

Total Working Days: 5 days/week (7 hours/day)
Office Days: 3 days/week (at our office location)
Work-from-Home Days: 2 days/week
Fixed Weekly Offs: 2 days/week

Compensation:

Salary Range: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month (based on skills experience)

Requirements:

Strong portfolio demonstrating both design and video editing skills.
Ability to work independently and creatively with minimal supervision.

Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for design trends.
