Job Title: Relationship Manager - Financial Services
Job Summary:
We seek a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the financial sector and expertise in handling multiple financial products, including Loans and Liabilities. The role requires a proactive approach in managing Personal Loans, Business Loans, Credit Cards, Savings Accounts, and Fixed Deposits, ensuring excellent customer service and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition Relationship Management
• Identify potential customers and generate leads for loan products and liability accounts.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
o Understand customer financial needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Product Handling Sales
• Promote and sell loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Credit Cards.
o Manage liabilities, including Savings Accounts and Fixed Deposits, ensuring customer retention.
o Achieve assigned sales targets for both loan and liability products.
• Market Analysis Reporting
• Keep track of market trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market opportunities.
Key Requirements:
• Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
• Experience: Minimum 2 Years in the financial sector, handling multiple products.
• Skills Required:
o Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills o Ability to handle multiple financial products efficiently o Knowledge of banking and financial regulations
