Office Administrator Role
We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will greet visitors, answer phone calls, maintain a presentable reception area, and handle mail, courier coordination, and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer and route incoming phone calls; take messages as needed.
• Maintain an organized and presentable reception area.
• Handle all incoming/outgoing mail, courier coordination, and deliveries.
• Manage meeting room schedules and visitor sign-ins.
• Support administrative needs across departments, including HR and Admin.
• Maintain records and documentation for visitor logs and appointment scheduling.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies; raise procurement requests.
• Assist with internal communication and coordination across teams.
• Ensure office security, confidentiality, and safety procedures are followed.
Candidate Profile:
Education Experience:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in any relevant field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a receptionist/front office or administrative support role in a corporate setting.

• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
