Calling Specialist

We are looking for dynamic professionals who can give customer support / verification services on call to a US based company.

Proficiency in English is a must.

SHIFT: NIGHT SHIFT

WORKING DAYS: MON - FRI (US Calendar for holidays)

LOCATION: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

The major roles & responsibilities include: -

1. Make calls to given data within the timeframe

2. Provide correct information to the customers

3. Enters details into the software

4. Provide product/service information by answering questions; offering assistance.

5. Maintain database by entering and verifying information; updating contact log.

6. Improve quality results by recommending changes.

7. Keep equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.

8. Keep on updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities & training programs.

+. Add value to the organization by his/her behavior & performance.

Salary Expectations

We are looking for professionals with experience and freshers too

The salary will range between 15,000 to 30,000 (Salary + Incentives Structure)
