We are currently seeking an experienced, self-starting, goal oriented, and successful sales professional to fill the role of Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager, your objective is to clearly express ideas in a manner that will build rapport with our current and new customers. The ideal candidate will not let the market dictate their opportunities; rather, they will proactively build a pipeline of project opportunities that provide for new customer relationships and assist in managing existing key customer partnerships for long-term business growth and success
Department: Should be from an IT - Software sales background / software B2B / Internet / Information Systems / Advertising / Media / Digital Services Industry.

Must have knowledge in Online bidding portals, social media lead generations.
Getting new business leads through different channels like
Communicate effectively in both verbal and written form, as well as have an overall ability to be clear and concise in all communication.
Should have Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving skills.
Should be having a good number of sales meet every month.
Drafting of the proposal, client interaction, negotiation, follow-ups, and also a collaboration with the technical team.
Good communication skills (voice and non - voice) and formal writing in English is mandatory.
Responsibilities
Develop new business accounts and expand existing customer relationships to secure major construction contracts.
Utilizes strategic account planning and sale pipeline management tools
Follows a proven sales process that includes prospecting, qualifying, targeting, identifying customer needs, developing value propositions, presenting solutions and alternatives, and closing the sale for future construction project opportunities
Continuously grow and develop your skills to lead project teams in selling high-end conceptual services to executive-level managers and buyers of large corporations and agencies
Maintains knowledge of marketplace issues, industry trends, competitive information, customer expectations, public policy and other market drivers
Participates in industry and community organizations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Proven track record developing business and long-term client relations
5-10 years of business development / sales experience
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in order to complete a sale
Ability to quickly establish relationships with executive-level managers and buyers of large corporations and agencies based on credibility, value, and trust
Formal sales training and experience with client management software is a plus
Knowledge and use of behavior-based tools such as Social Style or DISC is a plus
Overnight travel to conferences and meetings as needed
Valid driver’s license
