Job Details

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of personal injury litigation matters. This role will involve a significant amount of client interaction, so strong communication skills are a must. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to handle all aspects of a case from inception through resolution. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned attorney looking to make a significant impact and contribute to our mission of providing top-tier legal services to our clients.

Responsibilities
• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish.
• Conduct client intake interviews and maintain regular contact with clients.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs and argue them in court.
• Conduct discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and document production.
• Represent clients at court hearings, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.
• Collaborate with our team of attorneys and legal assistants to ensure a smooth case progression.
• Stay current with developments in personal injury law and participate in professional development activities.

Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating and litigating personal injury cases.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a large caseload and juggle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on client service.
