About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our HR consultancy business by acquiring and servicing B2B clients in East India.
You will be responsible for:
• Driving client acquisition for Permanent Recruitment, Training Development, HR Audits, and HR Consulting
• Pitching HR solutions to HR Heads/CXOs
• Closing deals and achieving revenue targets
• Maintaining CRM and reporting metrics
Who Should Apply:
You have 3+ years of experience working in HR consultancy sales
You've handled B2B client acquisition in East India
You're fluent in English and confident in presenting to senior decision-makers
You are presentable, target-oriented, and understand HR services
You are a graduate and can work from our Kolkata office
