Roles And Responsibilities
• Business Development Market Expansion
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with government bodies (Urban Rural Local Bodies) and semi-government organizations.
• Conduct market research to explore trends, potential clients, and competitive dynamics.
• Develop and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and sales strategies.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Build strong relationships with government officials, corporate clients, and local bodies.
• Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and networking events.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
• Project Execution Coordination
• Manage and oversee project implementation, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs effectively.
• Monitor project performance and profitability, suggesting improvements as needed.
• Revenue Generation Target Achievement
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through client acquisition and retention.
• Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Strategic Partnerships Networking
• Develop partnerships with public sector units (PSUs) and align with CSR initiatives to drive business impact.
• Attend networking events to foster relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Reporting CRM Management
• Maintain detailed records of activities, interactions, and project progress using CRM tools.
• Leverage CRM analytics to track performance and optimize the sales pipeline.
• Automate routine tasks and enhance client engagement using CRM solutions.
• Compliance Policy Adherence
• Ensure business activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.
• Stay informed about government regulations impacting business operations.
Preferred Skills And Qualifications
