Job Description
Identify and acquire new industrial customers across OEMs, fabricators, furniture, automotive, machinery, MDF, packaging, and related sectors.
Conduct field visits, cold calls, emails, and presentations to generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
Understand customer coating requirements and coordinate product trials with the technical team.
Convert successful trials into commercial orders through effective negotiation and follow-up.
Manage key accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, resolve technical and service issues, and drive repeat business.
Monitor customer consumption, manage reorder cycles, and identify opportunities to upsell additional coating solutions.
Track market trends, competitors, and pricing to identify new business opportunities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
