Job Description
Pavo Ads is Delhi's first hyperlocal premium Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) media network. Our mission is to redefine advertising through innovation, creativity, and strategic media placement. At Pavo Ads, we empower brands to amplify their reach, engage audiences effectively, and leave lasting impressions in the digital age.
We are building our ground team who can hustle, build relationships, and help us grow our network across Delhi NCR.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Field Sales Executive to expand Pavo Ads premium digital advertising network across Delhi NCR.
The role primarily involves onboarding potential partners for digital screen placements, conducting meetings with shop owners and commercial establishments, negotiating partnerships, and coordinating agreement closures.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire premium retail and commercial locations for digital screen installations
Conduct meetings with Property owners, commercial establishments, and business stakeholders
Present Pavo Ads’ advertising and revenue-sharing model professionally
Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership agreements
Handle end-to-end coordination of agreements, approvals, and onboarding formalities
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial partners
Requirements:
2+ years of relevant experience in sales preferably in POS machines, payment solutions, SaaS, telecom, FMCG, fintech, billing software, or advertising.
Strong communication and convincing skills
Two-wheeler preferred for easy mobility across Delhi NCR
Prior experience in DOOH advertising, elevator/lift advertising, retail media, RWA acquisition, or similar industries preferred
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with daily field visits.
Familiarity with Delhi NCR market is a plus
Must be comfortable working in a startup environment
What We Offer:
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month fixed (Negotiable based on experience)
