En tant que membre de l'équipe centrale d'apprentissage organisationnel, vous êtes un analyste d'affaires dynamique et expérimenté, responsable de la gestion de projets, du développement de processus et de la livraison réussie de solutions commerciales. Ce rôle exige une combinaison de compétences analytiques, d'expertise en gestion de projet et de capacité à améliorer les processus.

Vous serez appelé à diriger des projets en partenariat avec nos équipes internationales (Canada, États-Unis et Mexique) et des experts en la matière de différentes fonctions pour analyser, améliorer, documenter et mettre en œuvre des processus de gestion des compétences. Vous serez également responsable de la gestion de projets liés à des sujets d'apprentissage qui ont un impact global sur l'organisation.

What are your contributions to the team?
• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver business solutions on time and within budget.
• Analyze current business processes and develop new processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop mechanism to evaluate process and adherence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Design and propose solutions that meet business needs and align with strategic goals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project performance and report on progress, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth implementation of new solutions.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

How to thrive in this role?
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, project management or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business analysis and project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business needs and develop effective solutions.
• Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Expertise in Kaizen methodology to improve process to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members (French and/or Spanish are an asset);
• Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, MS O365 tools).
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities; your creativity activates in ambiguous situations
• High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in deliverables.
• Experience in the aerospace or other manufacturing industry, including familiarity with manufacturing processes, adult learning theories and regulatory requirements
