Business Administration Position
We are a small team with a big reach. We service sites across Australia and New Zealand, and coordinate the national crew from our office on the Gold Coast.
A position within our team provides opportunities for the right person to grow and advance their career and make the most of the flexibility we offer.
As a consideration, work shifts can be flexible to accommodate for staff with dependent children. We are a supportive team, and encourage a good work culture.
The ideal candidate would carry some experience in business management or business administration roles. Project management experience would also be beneficial.
Relevant tasks may include:
Assigning and scheduling of team appointments.
Service call Bookings
Preparing staff travel arrangements.
Project Quoting
AR Invoicing
AP Payments
Wages and Payroll
Resource management
Compiling Presentations
Relevant education with experience would be a benefit for this position, but the right person would be able to learn extra skills on the job, while being trained.
