Brand Manager

Role Overview:

Gustora Foods is on the lookout for a dynamic and creative Brand Manager to join our team! If you have a passion for pasta and a flair for branding and managing gourmet products, this is your chance to shine.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, marketplaces, email, social media, and display advertising.
Design, build, and maintain our vibrant social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest) along with an impactful retail presence of Gustora brand.
Updating product packaging as and when required in accordance with FSSAI guidelines
Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against established goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, optimize spends and performance based on these insights.
Manage the brand website and marketplace backend portals for its content, product listings and campaigns, optimize end-to-end consumer funnels and conversion metrics across multiple channels and touchpoints.
Plan and execute PR events, exhibitions and trade shows along with influencer, affiliate and retention marketing strategies
Collaborate with agencies (domestic and international) and vendor partners to enhance our brand presence.
Evaluate emerging technologies such as AI, providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Skills:

Strong understanding of current brand communication concepts, strategy, and best practices.
Graphic designing
Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and growth.
Stellar written and verbal communication, content creation skills such as Reels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Outlook are a must.
Knowledge of Adobe softwares (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and amongst cross-functional team structures
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, branding, communication, or related field.
Proven experience (3-4 years) in brand management and digital marketing.

Artisanal production methods using Italian technology - we are able to retain all the nutrients, rich in Dietary Fibre Protein.
Slow Drying process: once extruded, our Pasta is dried using controlled temperature, humidity and moisture in static cabins for upto 22 hours. Slow drying ensures that the pasta does not break/stick retains its shape after boiling and cooking.
