We’re looking for an experienced Brand Account Planning Lead to join our team and help create a lasting impact for our clients through strategic thinking, research, and execution of creative strategies.

Roles Responsibilities

As the Brand, Account Planning Lead, you will be responsible for developing long-term strategic plans that drive business value for our clients. You will play a key role in leading strategic initiatives and creative solutions, influencing client direction, and building successful campaigns.
• Strategic Planning Leadership
• Lead quarterly and annual planning for assigned brands, creating strategies that align with clients' business and marketing goals.
• Establish and execute integrated strategies that deliver significant business value for brands.
• Drive brand positioning, product launches, market penetration, and retention strategies through research and consumer understanding.
• Client Relationship Cross-Functional Coordination
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients to ensure strategic alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative team culture built on trust, quality, and a growth mindset, ensuring the seamless execution of brand campaigns.
• Identify new client service opportunities, promoting cross-selling and strengthening relationships.
• Research Insight Generation
• Conduct primary and secondary research to provide valuable consumer insights and market trends, helping shape creative strategies.
• Constantly analyze competitive brands and industry trends, incorporating those insights into campaign strategies to keep brands ahead of the curve.
• Track campaign effectiveness by analyzing data, KPI Sheets, and performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Process Improvement Innovation
• Establish and optimize internal processes and systems, including KPI tracking, manpower mapping, and salary budgeting.
• Drive innovation by exploring new tools, processes, and automation techniques that improve operational efficiency and foster forward-thinking initiatives.
• Audit the services we provide and challenge the status quo to ensure continuous growth and improvement in strategy and client delivery.
• Team Leadership Development
• Lead and mentor a team of Account Planners, ensuring their professional growth while maintaining high-quality output.
• Develop PR opportunities that raise the company’s profile and contribute to building Schbang’s brand image.
• Oversee the Job Status Report (JSR) to track team progress and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

Skills Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in brand strategy, account planning, or integrated marketing (preferably within an agency environment).
• Proven track record of developing award-winning creative strategies based on research and consumer insights.
• Strong client servicing skills with the ability to manage and grow client relationships.
• Expertise in data analysis and translating it into actionable insights and strategies.
• Experience in brand positioning, product launches, and market penetration strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms and consumer behavior trends.
• Basic presentation skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Suite.
