The role entails deepening relationships with Rural Banking accounts and ensuring best in-class service to the customers. The role bearer is responsible for understanding the client needs and working with customers to help them make the right decisions with their accounts. The role bearer must maintain updated knowledge on all bank products and services to ensure high quality assistance in resolving customer queries as well as developing new relationships with prospective clients.
