BFSI Trainer

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate BFSI trainer to deliver high-quality, engaging,

and practical training sessions for our banking aspirants. The trainer will be responsible for

equipping learners with the required domain knowledge, functional skills, and industry insights

to help them become job-ready and crack interviews in top BFSI companies. In addition to this,

the trainer will also be training candidates to prepare for interviews and impart basic soft skills as

well.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or related fields (MBA/PG preferred).

2-5 years of experience in the BFSI sector or in a training/teaching capacity.

Strong knowledge of retail banking, financial products, and regulatory norms.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Passion for teaching and mentoring freshers and early-career professionals.

Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel G-drive.

Fluency in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus). Read more
