Position: B2B Sales Manager – SaaS  Export Solutions (Alibaba GGS Program)Experience: 3–5 YearsLocation: Noida, Jaipur, Surat (On-site)About the Role:We’re looking for a high-energy and experienced B2B Sales Manager to drive sales of Alibaba.com’s Global Gold Supplier (GGS) membership—specifically to Indian manufacturers, exporters, and suppliers. This role is tailored for professionals with a strong background in B2B sales, SaaS, and e-commerce platforms (not B2C), who understand the nuances of selling to Indian businesses and have a passion for global trade enablement.As part of our growth team, you’ll identify qualified Indian businesses, consult them on leveraging Alibaba.com for international exposure, and lead the end-to-end sales cycle. If you have a proven track record in B2B client acquisition and a deep understanding of the digital commerce space, we’d love to connect.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation  Sales Execution- Identify and target Indian exporters, manufacturers, and suppliers across various industries- Promote Alibaba.com’s GGS membership as a scalable export and lead-generation tool- Conduct tailored product presentations, demos, and 1-on-1 consultations- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified B2B opportunities- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsClient Interaction  Stakeholder Management- Engage business owners and senior decision-makers to assess goals and propose solutions- Collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure a smooth client journey- Represent Alibaba.com at B2B trade shows, virtual webinars, and business forumsProcess  CRM Reporting- Track all sales activities and update client interactions using CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)- Prepare accurate forecasts, reports, and pipeline data for leadership- Stay current with trends in international trade, digital B2B commerce, and Alibaba platform updatesWhat We’re Looking For:- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or e-commerce (strictly not B2C)- Proven experience dealing with Indian businesses—exporters, manufacturers, SMEs- Strong consultative selling and solution-based negotiation skills- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Zoho, Salesforce and good command over MS Office- Understanding of international trade workflows and export/import documentation is preferred- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; self-motivated and target-driven- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field
