Position: Associate Technical Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist - 1-3 Years - 15k-20k Salary

Roles and Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates across online platforms, referrals, and campus drives.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring teams.
Manage job postings and maintain candidate data in the ATS.
Communicate interview outcomes to candidates professionally.
Partner with agencies to support hiring for niche tech roles.
Share weekly hiring updates with stakeholders.
Stay updated on tech stacks to effectively recruit across domains.
Represent the company at tech events and meetups.
Ensure adherence to company policies and recruitment standards.
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or currently pursuing one.
Availability to work six days a week (Monday to Saturday). Read more
