Current Openings:

Asst. Recruitment Manager – Chennai / Madurai
• Candidate should be completed min of B.Sc. (Nursing) or M.B.A (HR) or B.Sc. (Hospital Management).
• Candidate should have min of 6 months to 5 Years in health care industries.
• The salary range will be Rs.20 k to 30 k / month based on their education, experience and knowledge.
• Planning recruitment strategy for finding various institutions and colleges which is related to health care.
• Always travelling for recruitment domestic and outstation in around Chennai and Tamil Nadu.
• Candidate should have the dedications and proactive towards the achievement of assigned target and goals for the day / week / month.
• Candidate should have to capability of handling the staff grievances and legal proceeding in case happens.
• Candidate should have excellent talent on communications in various languages (Must know Tamil and English, Other languages are optional)
• Candidate should have 2 wheeler for marketing purpose for everyday / weekly / monthly.
• Candidate should be ready to work for 24 / 7 to handle the staff in terms of reporting duties at patient home, replacements for existing staff, handling staff grievances.
• Candidate should have experience in making of attendance salary report according to the health care protocol.

Registered Nurse:

Required Qualification : B.Sc (N) and G.N.M (3 1/2 Years)

The candidates should have the registered certificate from Tamil Nadu Medical Council. The candidate should have experience atleast 6 months experience from Multi-speciality hospitals and also should have the following skills:
• Giving Medications including IV and IM injections
• Wound Dressing and Assisting in continuous ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis
• Care of patient on Tracheotomy and Colostomy.
• Care of a patient on a Ventilator.
• Checking blood sugar, oxygen saturation, and parameters
• Willing to serve patients with compassion, excellence and reliability.

Associate Nurse:

Required Qualification : D.N.A / A.N.M / F.N.A from Govt. Recognised Paramedical Institutions.

The candidate should have alteast 6 months experience from Multi-Speciality hospitals and also should have the following skills:
• Checking vital parameters. Assisting the patient with daily activities
• Taking care of the personal hygiene of the patient
• Ryles tube feeding
• Care of Bed cases/ Paraplegic/ Hemiplegic
• Documentation and communication with treating doctor
• Nebulization.
