Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Associate - Corporate Commercial at Legitpro Associates LLP located in Gurugram. As an associate in the Corporate Commercial team, you will be responsible for providing legal and business advisory services to clients. Your day-to-day tasks may include conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements, advising clients on corporate governance and compliance matters, and assisting the team in negotiations and transactions. You will work closely with senior lawyers and partners to support clients in a variety of industries.
Qualifications
• LLB
• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial laws, including contract law, company law, and securities law
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Sound understanding of corporate governance and compliance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in legal research tools, MS Office, and document management systems
• Fluency in written and spoken English
