Your main duties will include:
Preparing the bar and restaurant areas ready for service.
Be familiar with our menus enabling you to confidently upsell.
Working across various areas in the hotel such as the restaurant, bar and events.
Ensuring that adequate glassware, crockery, and other items are ready for each shift.
As well as serving food and drinks you will be involved in the clearing up and cleaning too keeping all areas in top condition.
The ideal candidate will be organised and punctual, no experience required as full training will be given.
