Job description
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Influencer Marketing Executive with 2+ years of hands-on experience in planning and executing influencer-led campaigns. You will play a critical role in identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and emerging short-form video platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about social trends, has strong coordination and communication skills, and is data-driven in campaign planning and evaluation.

What You'll Do
• Campaign Strategy Execution: Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to support brand or client objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to understand campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables. Plan campaign calendars, influencer mix, and content timelines.
• Influencer Identification Outreach: Identify suitable influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) aligned with the brand’s voice. Handle outreach, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with content creators and influencer agencies. Act as the main point of contact for influencers throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Campaign Tracking Reporting: Monitor deliverables, track real-time campaign performance, and ensure KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions) are met. Prepare post-campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with brand, performance marketing, social media, and creative teams. Liaise with legal/finance for contracts and payment processes.
• Market Trends Innovation: Stay updated on social media and influencer trends, platforms, formats, and emerging creators. Propose innovative content ideas and new campaign formats.

Who You Are
• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing (agency or brand side)
• Strong network and understanding of influencer landscape across Instagram, YouTube, and short-form platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Comfortable with data analysis and tools for campaign reporting
• Passion for digital marketing, content trends, and creator economy
