Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Provide support in performance management, employee relations, and development initiatives.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Address employee concerns and provide support for resolving issues.
- Support senior management in strategic HR planning and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- 3+ years of experience in HR management role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, labour laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
