Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage service operations across the designated area, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery and satisfaction
Develop and implement strategies for effective customer engagement and relationship management to foster loyalty and retention
Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of service personnel, driving performance through effective leadership and team management practices
Analyze service metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and ensure alignment with customer expectations
Achieve a measurable increase in customer satisfaction scores and retention rates within the area of responsibility
Demonstrate improved team performance and engagement levels through effective leadership and development initiatives
Successfully implement service enhancement strategies that result in operational efficiencies and cost savings
Establish strong relationships with key customers, leading to increased business opportunities and referrals
Ideal Candidate
Proven customer management skills with a strong focus on customer engagement and satisfaction
Demonstrated experience in team management and handling, with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and team members alike
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset
