We are in the process of identifying a suitable candidate for the role of Area Sales Manager. This position will be at work level 4, based in Vijaywada and will report to the Zonal Business Manager.

Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities -
• Distributor offer presentation during roll-out
• Daily coordination with Distributors based on inputs from DMS Dashboard (retailer order fulfilment ~ 100%)
• Market visit based on alloted task in SFA
• New Distributor search and appointment
• Monthly Distributor Score Card review
• On field training and hand-holding of FSRs
• Manage escalations related to receivables from Distributors

Set –
• Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Team management
• Solution selling
• Basic understanding of logistics at a distributor point

KPIs
• 100% Task compliance
• Increasing trend of percentage of successful task closures
• 100% SOP compliance by Distributors (DSC Score ~ 100%)
• No distributor in credit lock

Experience –
• MBA (Mktg)
