Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a variety of healthcare settings. The RN will assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate, detailed reports and records. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Provide patient education and support to patients and families.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Record patient health information and medical histories.
- Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare team members.
- Coordinate patient care activities and communicate effectively with all members of the healthcare team.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Follow infection control protocols and ensure patient safety.
- Adhere to healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Emergency Care:
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills in emergency situations.

Qualifications:

- Education:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
- Licensure:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State/Country].
- Experience:

- Skills:
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
