Apac Recruiter / IT Recruiter

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven work experience with 1 - 4 Years as an IT Recruiter or in a similar technical recruitment role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting, Boolean search).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and IT terminologies.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹48,364.98 per month
